Tour De Teva part 2

Our Tour De Teva adventure continues with a question:  How much do you think a parking ticket in Philly is if the meter is jammed and won’t take your money?

I’m sure most of you are thinking what we were thinking, “if you try and pay the meter but can’t then no harm no foul.”  Unfortunately, that is not the way Philly meter maids see it and they gave the Peace Love Car (PLC) a $36 ticket for an expired meter!  The worse part about this was that Sam got up, in his words, “Super early” (9am) to put money in the meter and we still got the ticket.
So between the parking ticket and the million red lights we hit Sam and I were ready to move on and head out to Pittsburgh.  We drove through the night and got into town about 3:30 in the morning and were still able to get a full 8 hours of sleep in the PLC.

That evening we taught a workshop to a group of wonderful people and afterwards were taken out for a great Sushi dinner.  During dinner we decided it would be fun to do a photo tour of the city and were able to get some fun pictures all around the city.  At 3am we figured we could let our host go to bed and it was back on the road for Sam and I.
With only a four-hour power nap in the PLC we made it to Chicago with just enough time to get dinner before our workshop.  Once again we did a short photo tour of the city then decided to head back to our new found friends place for a night of acrobatics, pole dancing, aerial silks and handstands.  Just another typical workday for the YogaSlackers…
